RETURN & REFUND POLICY

No refunds. Exchanges only.


If an item in your order is defective, we will replace it with the exact item (if it is still available), when returned within 15 days of shipment. The item will be shipped postage paid, and we will issue you a credit for the actual shipping cost, to return the item to us, once we receive the returned item.


Everything we offer is guaranteed 100%, to be as described. If you wish to return an item because you ordered the wrong size, style or design, we will be happy to exchange the item, but you must pay the shipping cost for the exchange! The item must still be new, having never been worn, soiled, laundered or damaged in any way. To qualify for exchange, all returns must be made within 10 days! Shipping, packing and handling fees are not refundable, unless Hank has made an error! Closeout items and discontinued items are not subject to return or exchange. All sales are final on these items!


We will not be responsible for any duty, tariffs or taxes on any international orders.


PAYMENTS & SHIPPING

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for payment of your purchase. Once your payment clears, please allow 10-12 weeks for delivery, although most orders are shipped within 1 week. We ship United States Postal Service and the cost depends on the weight and size of package. We ship from Montgomery, Alabama and do offer pick up from store.
